Yoga
Chair Yoga at the Beach House - 10 minutes
Ease tension and feel less tightness with gentle stretching and movement all done in the comfort of your chair! No need to get out of your seat as you breathe and stretch your way into calmness with these simple chair movements. Please be sure to use a sturdy chair that will not slip and place a yoga mat underneath if your floor is slippery.
A Day at the Beach Yoga - 10 minutes
Get your whole body energized and moving with this quick flow! This invigorating standing flow is simple to follow and set on the beachfront in Riviera Maya with the sounds of ocean waves and grooving music.
Stretch & Savasana - 15 minutes
Find calmness and ease as you take yourself away from everything else in this gentle flow. Stretch away the kinks and tension and end with a calming savasana/meditation. Grab a yoga mat or blanket - poses are done mostly seated, hands and knees and lying on the ground. Set waterfront in the rainforest.
Vinyasa Yoga on the Pier - 35 minutes
Energizing and flowing practice for those who want a bit more challenge and flow! Find your strength and center, picking up the pace while flowing through a full body workout and full yoga practice. Set on a beautiful beach house canal.

Beach Waves Meditation - 7 minutes
Watch (and listen to) the beach waves roll in as you relax from head to toe with a short guided body scan. Great for bedtime or anytime of day when you can lie down for a few moments and relax.
Five Minute Calming Breath Meditation - 5 minutes
Reduce stress and find your inner calm as you bring yourself back to your breath at any time of day. This meditation offers just enough time for a quick escape from your day.
